WHOLE FOOD VITAMINS

As major issue people across the nation face is the consumption of poor-quality foods that have been stripped of nutrients. Most of us don’t consume our daily requirement of fresh vegetables and fruits and our whole grains typically come from refined wheat breads, instant rice, cereal, and pastas. The convenience of eating pre-made packaged meals is just too easy to resist and 1/4 of Americans eat fast food every day. As Americans, we are overfed and undernourished.

The fact is, we eat plenty of food but our bodies are still starving. The foods we consume don’t provide our bodies with the nutrition it needs to reach optimal health. This leads to increased illness, diabetes, obesity, heart attacks, and much more.

The good news is that given proper nutrition, the human body has an amazing ability to heal itself. If given the right nutrients and properly fed, the body is designed to repair itself. But in order to accomplish that, we need to maintain a healthier diet, an exercise routine, and take high-quality supplements made from whole foods. Any nutrients our bodies may be lacking can be found in whole food supplements including all the vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, and phytonutrients that foods possess in a way that nature intended, in a whole food form.

Not any supplement will provide your body with what it needs. Only whole food supplements can complete the nutritional gap. These are made by concentrating foods for use in supplements. When processed correctly, they supply a multitude of the plant's components. Foods provide nutrients that work synergistically, meaning they work together to provide you with optimal nutrition for good health.

Keep in mind that not all whole food supplements are the same. There are a variety of whole food supplements available, but they aren’t all made the same. Unfortunately, many companies are riding the wave of supplement popularity rather than focusing on commitment and quality.
